ADVANCED HYDRATING TONER

After cleansing with Brilliant Skin Advanced Nourishing and Whitening Gentle Bar Cleanser, place a small amount of Brilliant Skin Advanced Hydrating Toner on a cotton pad and spread evenly on the face, neck, and décolleté in an upward motion. Use twice only.
