1. All Authorized Franchisees, Distributors, and Sellers are not allowed to offer misleading discounts such as wholesale, resellers/sub-resellers initial purchase.

2. All products must be sold at the SRP (Standard Retail Price). Discounts that are not permitted or unapproved Sales Promotion will be automatically regarded as underpriced or Bagsak Presyo.

3. All Authorized Franchisees, Distributors, and Sellers are not allowed to offer a misleading number of stocks or that are not available.

4. All Sales Promotions must be approved before participating and implementing them to any of your Social Media and Online Selling Platforms.

5. For all Authorized Store-Partners, all Shopee/Lazada Store Accounts should be exclusively for Brilliant Skin Essentials and Collaboration products only. Failure to comply might cause violations and may lead to forfeiture of Sales Promotion.

6. Sales Promotion detailed mechanics should be stated on your application. Additional mechanics or details after the approval of submitted Sales Promotion is prohibited. (e.g., Additional Nominated Products for sale).

7. Extension of the Sales Promotion after the approved Promotion Period may lead to violation and possible termination.

8. Freebies such as other products and free shipping must not affect the price of the nominated product for sale.

9. All Sales Promotion Application must be submitted 2 weeks ahead of the desired Campaign Period.

10. The Sales Promotion Approval process may take anywhere from 3 to 5 working days. The approved/disapproved applications will be received through email.
