Basic Terms and Condition of being part of Brilliant Skin Essentials but not limited to:

1. The Franchisee or Distributor must reach quota per month.
Quota per month are as follows:
a. International Franchisee: 200 000 Pesos
b. International Distributor: 100 000 Pesos
c. Regional Franchisee: 200 000 Pesos
d. Provincial Franchisee: 150 000 Pesos
e. Provincial Distributor: 100 000 Pesos
f. District Distributor: 75 000 Pesos
g. Municipal or City Distributor: 30 000 pesos
2. An Authorized Franchisee or Distributor is encouraged to post and market Brilliant Skin Essentials regularly. We have Official Facebook Pages that are postings Ads, you are obliged to at least re-post or share it to your registered Selling Facebook Account in the Official Master List.
3. An Authorized Franchisee or Distributor may still sell other products aside from Brilliant Skin Essentials given that they will market the BSE Products regularly.
4. An Authorized Franchisee or Distributor is not allowed to have their own brand same of the BSEI.
5. An Authorized Franchisee should follow the Suggested Retail Price and is only allowed to Distribute in their registered territory with Brilliant Skin Essentials.
6. The Authorized Franchisee or Distributor must have at least one of the following:
a. Physical Store with Brilliant inspired design or signage.
b. Kiosk with Brilliant inspired design or signage.
c. Branch with Brilliant inspired design or signage.
d. The signage must be accredited by the company, esp. the lay out particularly the Company Logo
