Glenda Victorio named Woman of Style and Substance

Glenda Dela Cruz Victorio, 22-year-old, mother of two, and CEO of Brilliant Skin Essentials, Inc. , was named Woman of Style and Substance at the recent Go Negosyo Woman 2020 Entrepreneurship Summit at the World Trade Center.
Over 50 women leaders from the Philippines and the ASEAN region took stage to share their thoughts, insights, and inspiring journeys. Around 9,000 people attended the summit which highlighted women’s contributions in the ASEAN Region.
Victorio shared her journey as a young entrepreneur.
“You need a goal, like Google or Waze, Google or Waze helps you go where you want to go, even if you get lost, traffic is terrible and the trip is long. At least you’ll get somewhere.”
Three years after launching her business, Victorio’s skincare community covers 46 Franchisees and 705 Distributors here and abroad. She distributes her products not only about her products, but also who Victorio is, how she made it, and what else she can do.
Victorio is VP of the Chamber of Cosmetics Industry of the Philippines’ Committee for Ways and Means. She was named 2018 Youngest CEO in the Field of Cosmetics and Skincare and 2019 Most Outstanding and Influential Online Entrepreneur in the Field of Cosmetics and Skincare. Her secret? Constant learning. “If I’m curious about something, I always research (about it) I’m always willing to learn. I’m very lucky because I met people who helped me”, said Victorio, who also owns Brilliant Cafe, a spa, aesthetics center and coffee shop. She has signed up Korina Sanchez-Roxas and cosmetics firm Ever Bilena as business partners.
